Methodology
The methodology includes examining employee reviews, testimonials and feedback across the web (including employee review websites) using Jombay's AI engine. These reviews are then evaluated against Jombay's proprietary WOW Engagement framework to assign an organizational rating that is a combination of the below factors. Each factor receives a rating on a scale of 100.
